pathetic

i was appalled at the utter disrespect shown by the spa ladies. also, when i rang for room service, the kitchen was closed? absolutely unacceptable! they didn’t even think to offer me an upgrade or complimentary bubbles after ruining my stay! i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t, pathetic service, really.

Couples, enjoy the ocean vibes

The location is stunning, right on the beach! our room was large with two balconies, perfect for morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.

It wasn't inexpensive, but worth it.

Just spent a week in a family suite. Room was spacious and clean, but the kids found the sofa bed kinda uncomfortable. Loved the pool area—plenty of sun loungers available. Breakfast options were decent, but it could use more variety. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is amazing, just a stroll to the harbour with lekker restaurants. The room was stunning—huge, ocean view with two balconies! Plus, the pool was a great spot to chill after beach walks. Staff were super helpful, too!
